Abstract

Rashidi family has historically remained the torchbearer of Islamic enlightenment and mundane learning. It has not only played a pivotal role in propagation of Islamic Teachings in the sub-continent but also has always taken lead to enlighten, educate and enrich the minds of people of Sindh and Pakistan. The generous contribution to learning, educating and awareness of this saga of Syed transcends all bounds and boilers. Rashidi cult originates from a saintly personality named Syed Pir Mohammad Rashid (Rozay Dhani). It is named after him, that’s why; this progeny is known as Rashidi.
