Abstract

This paper is the analytical study of academic services and contribution of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi. In order to analyze his academic contribution, his brief life has also been studies in the light of available sources on his life including his students' articles and interviews. Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi is associated with the famous "Pachamel" community of District Azam Garh, Utar Pardesh (India) which has a large number of converted Muslim Rajputs. Maulana Islahi was a famous exegte of the Holy Quran, author of numerous books on Islam. His scholarly position can be determined from these scholarly works as well as the academic and research institutes that he founded including Taddabur-e-Quran-O-Hadith. Maulana Islahi's speeches have been eloquent, but even in ordinary conversation; he had a powerful word speaking skills
