Abstract

After the premise of Prophet (P.B.U.H) Islam face Political, Ideological differences among the followers along with the differences in Islamic Jurisprudence. Three major jurists (Imam Jaffer Sadiq, Imam Abu Haniya and Imam Malik) rose in prominence. They are the legends with proper discipline and a lot of disciples trained in the area of jurisprudence. Their follower’s aspects each other with honour spite many differences in opinion however, on social context and in affairs of life they extended cooperation, mutual understanding tolerance and aspect to difference in opinion.

This developed the culture of understanding, Peaceful coexistence and mutual aspect that helped Islam to emerge as the leading and guiding religion in the world, in this context the services of Imam Jaffer Sadiq are un deliable and bases on farsightedness and magnanimity. His peaceful and cordial relations with all the scholars, his openness to all thoughts and clarity in talk, ideology and essence of Islam make him the leading figure in jurisprudence, that all jurists obey, aspect and follow his teachings are become of light and enlightenment to his followers even today.
