Climate change is a major issue of our time that is threatening the survival of humans, animals, and plants worldwide. The causes of these changes include human carelessness, misuse of natural resources, and unbalanced lifestyles. The Holy Quran, which is the primary source of guidance for Muslims, introduces man as a vicegerent on earth. And it holds him responsible for protecting and improving the earth. In this article, we will shed light on the importance of the environment, the causes of these changes, and the responsibilities of man in the light of Quranic teachings so that Islamic principles can be understood for solving environmental problems
