Abstract

After Hazrat Nooh (AS), Hazrat Ibraheem (AS) was the first prophet who was appointed by Allah as a prophet to spread and preach the universal message of Din Islam. There were two main branches of his race, the one was called Bani Ismail and the second was Bani Israel. The latter was one of the nations that had big and long effects on human history.

For approximately, two thousand and fifty years, this nation was honoured with the prophethood and apostleship by Allah Almighty. Allah rewarded the most bounties over this nation.

But, due to continuous disobedience to the commandments of Allah Almighty, this nation was deprived of the caliphate and dishonoured in the world; this nation remained ungrateful for the blessings they bestowed upon.

They became rebellious against God Almighty, and always stood on a side of falsehood instead of truth; polytheism instead of monotheism and distorted Allah’s revealed books and assassinated prophets.

The Creator Allah Almighty has mentioned many crimes and sins of Bani Israel with the purpose to warn other nations to avoid the same destiny which took the Bani Israel to the ultimate state of disobedience. In this article, we have covered 31 Disobediences of Bani Israel mentioned in the Quran and Hadith
