ABSTRACT : Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi is one of the commentators of the subcontinent. Maulana's style of commentary is somewhat different from that of other commentators. Disagreeing with the majority of scholars, he has formed his own opinion on some of the commentary sites, which may indicate that Maulana's style of commentary is distinct from others’style of description. In addition, he did not consider the authentic hadiths to be significant. For example, the condition of divorce for one's first husband is only marriage with another man or intimacy with marriage is also necessary? Maulana Islahi thinks only marriage is enough for the status quo. In this regard, we present an overview of Maulana Islahi's commentary.
