Abstract

There is no other system in the world that has such a complete system of protection of fundamental human rights as Islam has taken care of in terms of basic human rights and it is the right of human beings to In order for him to get the basic rights without asking for it, he did not need to launch any kind of movement, nor did he have to resort to various methods of protest to get his rights. Whenever there was an attempt to suppress his rights, he resorted to different methods for the protection and attainment of his rights and there have been different methods in every age. There has been a time in human history when The right of the common man was granted without his demand and even an ordinary citizen had the right to be held accountable and reprimanded by the ruler whenever and wherever he wanted. Then with the passage of time the systems kept changing and then in the prevailing systems especially in our society people were tied up in democratic and monarchical systems and by tying up in these systems the right to accountability is also the attainment of basic rights for human beings. It became a dream, people reacted in various ways against the oppression in the name of these so-called systems, policies and called it protests, demonstrations, processions and sit-ins and this method was also used by Muslims. Adopted And it is as clear as day that Muslims are bound by the rules and regulations laid down by Allah and His Messenger in everything they do.
